My background
At N K S DESIGGNS , we are passionate about home decor. The idea for our business started when our founder, Chris S, couldn't find the perfect lamp for her living room and closet space for organization. She decided to create her own and soon realized that there was a need for unique, high-quality home decor and organization items.
How N K S Desiggns got started
Chris is a model turned entrepreneur and businesswoman with a passion for creativity and design. Her journey began when she assisted a co-worker in designing spaces in her home, where her creativity shone through with the addition of colors, textures, and custom storage pieces. Over the course of fifteen years, Chris's venture has grown into something far beyond her initial expectations. Her love for people and their unique tastes has driven her to master the art of design, supported by several degrees and a strong people-oriented approach.
Chris's hard work and dedication have paid off, with N K S Designs now being featured in two major stores, Walmart.com and homedepot.com. Both retailers recognize the importance of home decor and design, aligning perfectly with Chris's mission. Her precise and comprehensive approach to business sets her apart, exuding confidence and professionalism in all her endeavors. It is no surprise that her business has flourished from its humble beginnings to its current success.
